This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GarageTome products or services that are processed by Paddle.
Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for those transactions.
2. Governing Refund Rules
Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, processing, and payment dispute handling for Paddle-processed transactions are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between this page and Paddle's policies for a Paddle-processed transaction, Paddle's policies will control.

3. 14-Day Refund Request Window
For Paddle-processed transactions, refund requests may be submitted to Paddle within 14 days from the transaction date.
If applicable consumer protection laws provide additional or non-waivable rights, the higher level of protection applies.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a Paddle-processed transaction, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction email, use the support link in your billing page, or visit https://paddle.net and select the refund option.

5. Technical or Product Issues
If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material product defect, please contact GarageTome first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved and you are otherwise eligible, Paddle may process the refund in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable law.
6. Subscriptions and Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, cancellation will stop future billing at the end of the current billing period.
7. Effect of a Refund
If a refund is issued, access to the relevant paid product or subscription may be suspended or terminated.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this page from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of the transaction will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
